Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is hiring for a Front Desk- Room Rate & Rack Specialist. You will ensure accurate room ratings, maintain the rack, and support guest services across communications with multiple departments.

The role requires coordinating with housekeeping, VIP, accounting and in-room dining, plus handling check-out procedures and guest requests with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Check out vacant and clean rooms and adjust rack status accordingly.
• Communicate with management via email or in-person.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, VIP, accounting and in-room dining by phone/email.
• Run reports, verify room rates and email results to departments.
• Answer incoming calls and Zingle texts for guest requests.
• Assist guests with video check-out and on-demand video purchases via Sonifi.
• Provide bell assistance at departure and verify rates; assist with check-ins when needed.
• Follow protocols, wipe high-touch surfaces and clean room keys for reuse.
