Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City seeks a Front Desk Agent to manage arrivals and departures and ensure a seamless check-in/out for guests. You will warmly greet guests, provide information about local attractions, and assist with reservations and requests across departments.

Under the Front Desk Manager, you will handle guest requests, offer alternatives when needed, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk/hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong mathematical skills for position responsibilities.
• Effective communication with guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and manage seamless check-in and check-out.
• Maintain knowledge of property and local attractions for guests.
• Assist with guest reservations, including walk-ins, and relay requests to relevant departments.
• Communicate with Customer Care for future reservations and guest needs.
• Adhere to property protocols and safety guidelines; assist Rooms Control as needed.
