Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required; front desk/hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong mathematical skills related to position responsibilities.
• Effective English communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and manage seamless registration, arrival, and departure.
• Maintain knowledge of property and local attractions to advise guests.
• Coordinate with Customer Care for future reservations via phone.
• Assist with walk-in reservations and respond to guest requests.
• Offer bell assistance during guest departures and support Rooms Control as needed.
