The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland/Solon is seeking a Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Solon, Ohio. You will maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and suites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Previous hotel experience is preferred, but training is provided. You will work with a friendly team, handle guest requests promptly, and support overall hotel operations. Weekend shifts and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel setting or willingness to train.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites as assigned, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to provide outstanding service.
• Work shifts including weekends and holidays when required.
