Job summary

Homewood Suites Beachwood is seeking Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and suites, changing linens, making beds, and maintaining bathrooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel experience or willingness to learn, strong customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
