Job summary

Line Cook at Conners Rooftop within ZMC Hotels is responsible for producing food that meets hotel and brand standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and sanitary practices.

Responsibilities include following standard recipes, maintaining a clean station, and delivering quality dishes for high-volume service. The role requires strong communication with the Kitchen Manager and team and adherence to OSHA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to manage a busy kitchen station.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
• Clear communication with kitchen leadership and team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food adhering to kitchen procedures and recipes.
• Keep work station clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Capable of preparing a minimum of 200 covers in an 8 hour shift.
• Follow hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
• Be familiar with standard recipes and ensure consistent quality.
• Communicate effectively with Kitchen Manager and coworkers.
