ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking a prep cook for Conners Rooftop. You will prepare food that meets hotel standards and guest expectations, while practicing safe and sanitary work habits.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean station, following standard recipes, and collaborating with Kitchen Manager and teammates. The role requires flexibility, strong service orientation, and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong guest service skills and customer focus.
• Attention to detail and quality control in food preparation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Produce food according to standards and recipes.
• Maintain clean and organized work station.
• Capable of preparing a minimum of 200 covers in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
