Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of culinary experience preferred.
• Line Cook or related kitchen roles highly valued.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, production standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with daily food preparation, station setup, and service execution.
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion control standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns promptly.
