Job summary

PERG online in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a friendly, efficient Bartender to manage our indoor-outdoor rooftop Ibis Sky lounge bar. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks to standard recipes, and ensure cleanliness and accuracy in every transaction.

Proven wine/spirits knowledge, 1 year experience, and strong English communication are required. You will work with MICROS POS, handle cash, and maintain safety and liquor policies; weekend/holiday shifts included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean bar throughout the shift.
• Greet guests and provide superior service.
• Take orders and suggest drinks based on menu and specials.
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes.
• Maintain familiarity with wine list and garnishes.
• Record transactions in MICROS and handle cash.
• Ensure consistency in drink presentation and recipes.
• Uphold liquor liability policies and safety standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized during shift.
• Assist with station setup and breakdown.
