Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender/mixologist or in a food & beverage role.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standards.
• Provide outstanding guest service by taking orders and recommending drinks.
• Handle transactions using POS system (Toast) accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation according to health standards.
• Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels during shift.
• Promote hotel services and daily specials to enhance guest experience.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and closing duties.
