Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join the Ibis Sky lounge team. You will create stylish cocktails, greet guests, and ensure smooth service in an indoor-outdoor rooftop setting.

Join our team to showcase knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, maintain bar cleanliness, and handle transactions accurately using MICROS, while delivering exemplary guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer; wine service experience.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Accurate MICROS data entry and cash handling.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and be welcoming.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain a clean bar throughout the shift.
• Greet guests and provide superior service.
• Take orders and suggest menu items.
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes.
• Record transactions in MICROS and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and other restaurants.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Ensure cocktail presentation and recipes consistency.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
