Job summary

Defoor Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender to serve guests at the rooftop bar and hotel, craft cocktails, and provide excellent service. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking beverage orders, and delivering drinks with a focus on safety and compliance with ABC rules.

The role requires maintaining a clean work area, restocking supplies, and collaborating with management to meet inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Courteous and attentive to guests.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Alcohol Server Permit required within first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper service and presentation of drinks; check IDs for alcohol service.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Handle payments and return change/receipts to guests.
