You’ll train upfront, earn uncapped commissions across solar and roofing, and build a big pipeline with marketing-backed leads. First-year reps commonly reach $130k–$150k OTE, with top performers earning more.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Real estate, roofing, home improvement or construction background strongly desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Experience with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Cell phone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to warm inbound and field leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer.
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations.
• Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
