Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Solar Sales Consultant to close warm leads and grow a high-earning sustainable energy career. With uncapped commissions, paid training, and multiple revenue streams, you’ll join a proven team in a fast-growing market.

Candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience or experienced closers are invited. You’ll respond to inbound leads, present solar and roofing solutions, and build a strong pipeline across your territory while earning top commissions and OTE.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement)
• Ability to self‑generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting goals
• Strong phone skills and in‑home presentation ability
• CRM and virtual meeting tools proficiency
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to warm inbound and field leads
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions
• Close deals and meet sales goals
• Maintain CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Build a strong pipeline in the assigned territory
• Deliver in-home or virtual presentations
• Address questions before and after the sale
