Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an Home Improvement Sales Consultant for warm leads in the New Bedford area. The role targets 1–3 years of sales experience with uncapped commissions and paid training, offering multiple revenue streams through solar and roofing products.

First-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE with potential for higher earnings. You’ll work with warm inbound and field leads to tailor solar/roofing solutions, close deals, and grow a career in a fast-growing industry.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Cell phone with data plan

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
