Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Solar Sales Consultant to capitalize on warm leads and an uncapped commission structure. Use consultative discovery to tailor solar and roofing solutions, close deals, and build a robust pipeline across your territory.

Training and ongoing coaching support top performers, with clear advancement paths into senior or leadership roles. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, a strong drive to exceed goals, and the ability to leverage multiple

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Cell phone with data plan

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
