Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Home Improvement Sales Consultant specializing in warm leads to join our expanding closing teams. This role targets proven closers with 1–3 years of sales experience and offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and multiple revenue streams.

First-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE, with top performers earning more. You will respond to warm leads, conduct discovery conversations, and present customized solar and roofing solutions to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experiences strongly desired)
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Cell phone with data plan

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
