CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Milwaukee area. We are seeking a self-starter who can develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced commercial roofing company.

Typical earnings for this territory (base + commission) are $100k+. The role requires strong sales, roofing knowledge and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge required.
• Experienced roofing estimators preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates and grow the business for our commercial roofing projects.
• Market through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals and sell roofing projects.
• Schedule office visits and prepare progress reports for management.
• Visit client facilities to build relationships and present CentiMark information.
• Represent CentiMark at marketing functions and coordinate with the local team.

Job Summary:

• Work with existing customers and on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
• Market your efforts throughprospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals,and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management
• Visit client's facilities, buildbusiness relationshipsandpresentinformation about CentiMark Corporation
• Attend and represent CentiMark at marketing functions and events, coordinating efforts with the local team and Regional Area Marketer

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
