Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Denver sales team. The role focuses on developing estimates, prospecting, and growing a fast-paced commercial roofing business in the greater Denver area.

Typical earnings for this territory are $100k - $150k (base + commission). You will engage with existing customers, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and build relationships at client facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit client's facilities, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
• Attend and represent CentiMark at marketing functions and events, coordinating efforts with the local team and Regional Area Marketer.
