Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative for the greater Milwaukee area. The successful candidate will develop estimates and grow business in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves working with existing customers, performing site inspections, and attending marketing events. Candidates should have sales experience in construction or commercial roofing, with strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional compensation package includes base salary plus commission.

• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Milwaukee area. We are looking for a self-starter and energetic individual to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company.

Typical earnings for this territory (total of base + commission) are $100k+.

Job Summary

• Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit client facilities, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
• Attend and represent CentiMark at marketing functions and events, coordinating efforts with the local team and Regional Area Marketer.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
