Centimark Corporation seeks a Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Southern Connecticut sales team. The role focuses on self-generation, cold calling, site inspections, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects.

The ideal candidate has construction or industrial sales experience and roofing knowledge, with a preference for estimators and Salesforce CRM familiarity. Base salary plus commission, with a total compensation range of $70k–$100k.

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in our Southern Connecticut territory. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercialroofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major commercial roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.

Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $70k - $100k.

Job Summary:

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
• Marketing your efforts throughcold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals,and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management
• Visit client's facility, buildbusiness relationshipsandpresentinformation about CentiMark Corporation

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
