TeamCraft Roofing is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Team leader to drive profitability and growth, focusing on exceptional customer development and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers. The role targets sales in roofing services and requires strong leadership and strategic planning in assigned markets.

The position emphasizes developing business plans, coordinating market expansion, and managing sales teams within a safety-first, value-driven company culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four to six years of related experience in Sales Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken
• Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and customers
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse client /customer base
• Attend job walk and prepare takeoff off by measuring, noting all variables of the Roof site.

Responsibilities

• Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company goals.
• Analyze Sales statistics gathered by Sales Team to determine sales potential.
• Responsible for Development and performance of ALL Sales Team activities in assigned market.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base in the assigned geographic areas.
• Utilize the appropriate estimating channels to secure pricing for any quoted work that falls outside a pre-established MSA.
• Represent Company at trade Association Conventions and meetings promoting Company Services at the request of the Company.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Team.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales material and current product knowledge.
