Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is seeking a results-driven sales leader to direct the staff and direct sales team toward maximum profitability in line with our growth strategy and core values. You will focus on building long-term relationships with new and existing customers while guiding the team to achieve service sales goals and company targets.

You will develop business plans, penetrate new markets, and coordinate pricing and takeoffs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent or 4–6 years of related sales management experience.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce and Raken.
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures and standard equipment.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business material and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from staff and customers.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse client base.
• Attend job walks and prepare takeoffs by measuring and noting project variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales analysis for designated geographic area and service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate plans to penetrate new markets within the service territory.
• Review market data to determine customer needs, volume potential and pricing.
• Direct all Sales Team activities in the assigned market.
• Expand customer base in the geographic area and manage pricing outside MSAs.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings to promote services.
