This full-time, W-2 role offers a clear path to substantial earnings through commissions, with training provided and travel within the Waterloo market.

Qualifications

• Must have roofing or exterior restoration sales experience.
• Residential roofing sales experience preferred.
• Able to travel locally throughout the Waterloo market.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust through the sales process.
• Present solutions based on homeowner needs and property conditions.
• Explain recommendations, options, and next steps clearly.
• Manage customer relationships from initial appointment to project completion.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities toward closing.
• Use company technology to document customer information and project details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Aspen professionally and uphold Doing the Right Thing.
