Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals who can identify opportunities, earn homeowners' trust, and convert inspections into successful projects. You will travel locally in the Springfield market and work with a national company that provides tools and support to help you succeed.

Training is paid, compensation includes uncapped commission with weekly pay, and you’ll join a team focused on Doing the Right Thing while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required.
• Residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Springfield market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through with customers.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and company technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify potential project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Present solutions based on each homeowner's needs and property conditions.
• Explain recommendations, project options, and next steps clearly.
• Manage customer relationships from the initial appointment through project completion.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently, address objections, and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
• Use company technology to document customer information and project details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Aspen professionally while upholding our commitment to Doing the Right Thing.
