Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Romanian-speaking Microsoft Customer Experts to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role you will provide high-level technical support for Microsoft products, troubleshoot cloud and software issues, and collaborate with international teams to resolve escalations.

You will work with a dynamic IT audience, maintain accurate records, stay current with Microsoft releases, and benefit from our relocation package and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written).
Professional English to communicate with global IT teams.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passion for technology and IT career.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support to Romanian-speaking Microsoft users.
