Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group seeks Romanian-speaking Microsoft Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. The role focuses on high-level technical support and issue resolution for Romanian-speaking customers, with English for global IT coordination. A valid EU passport is mandatory.
We offer competitive pay, two extra salaries per year, a monthly performance bonus, and fully paid relocation to Greece for this position. Training on Microsoft products and comprehensive health coverage are included.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written).
- Professional proficiency in English for global IT team communication.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong passion for technology and desire to build a career in fast-paced IT sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and consultation to Microsoft product users in Romanian.
- Troubleshoot software and cloud-based IT issues to ensure a premium user experience.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and solutions in the database.
- Stay updated with latest Microsoft releases to provide expert guidance.
- Drive customer satisfaction with timely, professional solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows in IT service.
