Qualifications

Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Advanced English language proficiency to collaborate in an international environment.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Proven experience or strong interest in Customer Support Services, tech-related roles, or digital sales.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to international clients.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide seamless digital solutions.
Identify sales opportunities and communicate value propositions to customers.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with accurate information in a professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service workflows and enhance the digital customer experience.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the central database.
