Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 Romanian, written and spoken.
• High level English required.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/Cover Letter.
• EU passport or Bulgarian work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide remote support from Bulgaria.
• Participate in training and onboarding.
