Job summary

All American Waste is seeking a Roll-Off Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule roll-off trucks and act as the central point between drivers and customers. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm with some Saturdays based on business needs.

You will work with drivers to plan same-day/next-day services, handle administrative tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety and timely completion while maintaining accurate data entry and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated oral and written skills.
• At least 1 year in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedules services with roll-off drivers (same day/next day).
• Complete all administrative tasks, filing and reports.
• Monitor progress and confirm jobs are completed efficiently.
• Inform supervisor of problems requiring attention.
• Facilitate driver check-in and data entry with customer service.
• Work shifts as scheduled and support safety improvements.
