Job summary

USA Waste and Recycling, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to plan and coordinate truck routes, scheduling roll-off, front-end, residential and commercial drivers for efficient, on-time service.

You will handle administrative tasks, driver check-in, and data entry while supporting safety initiatives and meeting company policies. The role offers a path for training within a growing family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year in a high-stress, fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule same-day and next-day services with drivers.
• Complete administrative tasks and required reports.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues requiring attention.
• Facilitate driver check-in and data entry.
• Work all assigned shifts from start to end as scheduled.
• Maintain attendance and safety in the workplace.
