Qualifications

• Release of Information (ROI) processing and accuracy.
• Track ROI requests from start to finish and update status.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage high-volume multi-line phone support.
• Assist ROI Customer Service Representatives when needed.
• Confirm patient information and scan/index/upload documents for ROI.
