Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requester information per HIPAA.
• Answer phone calls about ROI issues.
• Process walk-in requests and log data into ROI On-Line database.
• Process requests from physician offices and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line database.
• Handle cash payments where required.
• Comply with site policies and regulations.
