Functions include assuring proper documentation prior to release of records, tracking the status to completion of pending ROI requests, strong communication skills and ability to manage high volume multi-phone lines and assist with ROI Customer Service Representative functions, when required. Effectively confirming patient information, scanning, indexing and/or uploading clinical documents for release of information. Individuals must possess the skills necessary to troubleshoot ROI and related requests for accessing on-line documentation.
