Responsibilities

• Determine records to release by reviewing requestor information per HIPAA guidelines
• Answer phone calls regarding ROI issues
• Log and process ROI requests into the ROI On-Line database
• Scan records into the ROI On-Line system and file documentation
• Assist physician offices with requests and fax information when needed
• Ensure compliance with site policies and regulations
