You will review requestor data, identify records, and log activity in ROI On-Line while ensuring HIPAA compliance. The role involves phone support, possible walk-ins, and coordination with physician offices as needed.

Strong data entry, attention to detail, and dependable work ethic are essential as you help maintain accurate records across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer applications and data entry; internet use required.
• Able to work independently and meet production goals.
• Strong verbal communication and customer inquiry handling.
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of dependability.
• High school diploma or GED required; health information experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requestor information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls concerning ROI issues.
• Process walk-in requests and log information into ROI On-Line database.
• Process requests from physician offices and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line database.
• Comply with site policies and handle cash payments where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
