Responsibilities include reviewing requests, logging and scanning records into ROI On-Line, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with site policies. On-site role with opportunities to contribute across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience entering data into computer systems and using the internet.

• HIPAA knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requestor information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls concerning ROI issues.
• Assist walk-in customers and log information into ROI On-Line database.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical record requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Comply with site policies and regulations; handle cash payments where required.
• Support other duties as assigned.
