Responsibilities

• Review requestor information to determine records for release.
• Answer ROI related phone calls and assist walk-ins.
• Log requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Scan and file medical records into ROI On-Line.
• Handle and record cash payments where required.
• Follow site policies and HIPAA regulations.
