• Review requests to determine records for release per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer calls and assist walk-in customers.
• Log and scan requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Process requests from physician offices as needed and fax information when required.
• Handle and record cash payments where applicable.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and meet production goals.
