Responsibilities include reviewing requests, logging and scanning records in ROI On-Line, handling inquiries by phone or in person, and processing physician office communications as needed. A high level of accuracy and dependability is essential.

Qualifications

• HIPAA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review requests to determine records to release in line with HIPAA.
• Answer phone calls about ROI issues.
• Assist walk-in customers and log information into ROI On-Line database.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line database.
• Follow site policies and handle payments where required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
