Job summary

Apptronik seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the transition from early builds to repeatable production. You will shape industrialization, own MBOMs and manufacturing systems, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure scalable manufacturing for Apollo and future robots.

You will influence product design, establish standards, and drive yield improvements, cycle time reductions, and quality costs as the company ramps new products to market.

Qualifications

• Strong background in complex hardware manufacturing and NPI.
• Experience with production tooling, process validation, and cost-out initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward production ramp.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering team from prototype to production readiness.
• Own MBOMs, operation sequencing, and Work Instruction standards.
• Drive yield improvements, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Align with PLM, ERP, and MES for seamless production transfer.
• Manage production ramp and tech transfer to contract manufacturers.
