Job summary

Apptronik, a human-centered robotics company, seeks a Product Quality Manager (PQM) to drive high product quality across complex projects. You will oversee the Quality Team, document issues from builds and system testing, and coordinate with HW, OPS, and SW teams to drive resolution.

As products mature to mass production, you will define quality plans at contract manufacturers and audit adherence, including PPAP processes and supplier quality control.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• 5+ years experience in Quality, Process, or related engineering field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Quality team members (IQC, IPQC, and Quality Engineers).
• Drive documentation of issues and corrective actions across projects.
• Develop product quality plans and assess contract manufacturer adherence.
• Audit CM PPAP for component validation.
• Monitor production yields and RMA activities.
• Establish outgoing quality control procedures and customer audit processes.
