Apptronik in Texas is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team responsible for scaling complex hardware from prototype to production. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to turn ambitious designs into robust manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering.
• 7+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience with 2+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to scale hardware from prototype to production.
• Own MBOMs and manufacturing definition, and ensure integration with PLM/ERP/MES.
• Drive process development, tooling strategy, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and process validation.
