Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead the Quality Team through complex hardware projects, driving corrective action and documenting issues from builds and system tests. You will develop product quality plans for internal development and contract manufacturers, ensuring adherence to PPAP and delivery of high-quality robotics products.

You will collaborate with HW, OPS, and SW teams to resolve issues, establish dashboards, and report top risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in Quality, Process, or related role
• Experience leading a quality team and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality team (IQC, IPQC, and QA Engineers)
• Develop product quality plans for internal and CM production
• Audit CM PPAP and monitor factory yields
• Maintain dashboards and report top issues to leadership
• Travel up to 20% internationally
