Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform maintenance and sustainment on complex DoD robotics equipment, revise curriculum, and deliver technical courses. Responsibilities include organizing curriculum, teaching sessions, and developing training techniques, often across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The role requires travel (25%–50%), a safety-conscious approach, and readiness to work under supervisor guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise curriculum for robotics training.
• Teach short technical courses following approved curriculum.
• Schedule training sites and coordinate logistics.
• Conduct After Action Reviews and report findings.
• Implement risk management in training activities.
• Maintain training fleet and fielded robots.
