Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems across customer sites. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic subsystems, load and inspect welded assemblies, and monitor cell performance.

This role requires travel 75%+ to customer sites, strong problem-solving, and the ability to learn Forge processes and integration protocols. Fluent English is expected, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Welding experience desirable but not required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system.
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with robotic vision.
• Manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automation equipment.
• Travel to customer sites for deployment and service (75%+).
