Job summary

Path Robotics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems across manufacturing environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. English is required, Spanish is desirable, and experience with fabrication or machine shop processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical training or an Associate degree in Engineering Tech or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience building, assembling, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Welding experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• English required; Spanish is desirable but not required.
• Familiarity with fabrication or machine shop processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system.
• Load, inspect, and monitor welded assemblies with robotic vision and sensors.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells.
• Interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency and discuss improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (extensive travel up to 75%+).
