Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a highly skilled Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems across customer sites. You will handle mechanical, electrical, and control aspects, ensuring reliability and performance in diverse manufacturing environments.

You will leverage robotic vision, data analysis, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. This role requires strong hands-on engineering skills, safety awareness, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Welding experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system with robotic kinematics.
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with robotic vision systems.
• Manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment.
• Record and analyze data to support engineering-driven resolutions.
• Monitor cell performance and ensure precise part fit-up.
• Interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues.
