Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems across customer sites. You will handle mechanical and electrical assemblies, perform preventive maintenance, and analyze data to drive improvements.

The role requires extensive travel (75%+) to client locations, collaboration with engineering teams, and a strong foundation in manufacturing equipment. Fluency in English is essential, Spanish desired.

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system with proficiency in robotic kinematics and dynamics.
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with robotic vision systems and sensors.
• Accurately manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells at customer sites.
• Record and analyze data to facilitate engineering-driven issue resolution.
• Interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.
