Job summary

LAB Services is seeking a Service Engineer to support our robot projects in laboratory automation from our Tewksbury, MA office. You will maintain, repair, and improve systems worldwide, becoming the face of our company while traveling as needed.

You will report to the Service Manager and work both independently and with colleagues in a dynamic, international environment, ensuring optimal uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in mechatronics, electronics, or field service.
• Willingness to travel and work across-site.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service proprietary products and systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Repair and occasionally install equipment.
• Keep service records and manage inventory.
• Prepare for maintenance tasks and gather information with colleagues.
